*SHIPPING*
Once payment has cleared, your order will be posted within 7-9 business days via regular postage.
If your item is personalised, you order will be processed within 8-10 business days. Once posted it may take between 4-12 business days to arrive depending on your location, as we are based in Sydney.
International orders, once posted may take between 8-24 business days to arrive.
*REFUNDS AND RETURNS*
All our products are packaged and posted to you in perfect condition. However, if your item is faulty upon arrival, please email us on:

within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please provide a clear photo and video of the faulty item with your order number. If the photo or video does not clearly show the fault, you will have to post it to our manufacturer at:

Once assessed and your item is deemed faulty, we will replace it with the same item and refund the postage fee. However, if the item is assessed and deemed not faulty or the fault is due to customer negligence, then the product will be posted back to you at your expense.
